JAKARTA, Agung Intiland News — Laksana Business Park today officially confirmed that the industrial area has obtained an Industrial Area Business Permit (IUKI) issued by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia since one year ago. This legality serves as the main foundation for ensuring that all development, marketing, and operational activities in the area are carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions and national standards.
The IUKI was issued after Laksana Business Park was declared to have met all the technical, administrative, and spatial requirements mandated by the government. With this permit, Laksana Business Park is legally operating as an industrial area with structures, governance, and infrastructure readiness in accordance with applicable regulations.
"The existence of IUKI since one year ago is proof of our commitment to building an industrial area that is legal, planned, and of high standard. "This clarification is provided to ensure that all tenants and partners understand that the area's operations are based on a strong legal foundation," said a representative from Laksana Business Park management.
Within one year of the permit being issued, Laksana Business Park has continued to develop the area's infrastructure, including main road access, drainage systems, electricity networks, clean water facilities, and a 24-hour area-based security system. This facility upgrade is intended to support tenant operations while also improving the quality of the area's services.
Located in North Tangerang, Laksana Business Park offers a strategic location advantage with direct access to major logistics networks, ports, airports, and national distribution routes. This area is designed to serve the needs of light manufacturing industries, modern warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain sectors that require a strategic location and complete legal status for the area.
With its legal status established since last year, Laksana Business Park is now focusing on accelerating tenant onboarding, strengthening regional utilities, and improving management services oriented toward efficiency and sustainability. This step strengthens the region's position as a competitive investment destination in the western Jabodetabek industrial corridor. (JP)
